What to Expect from Us

• Pre-Project: The project manager will review any special requests.
• Protection Measures: We'll take extra precautions to protect sensitive landscapes, pets, children, and ensure emergency access.
• Material Delivery: Materials will arrive the day before or the day of the build (expect 3-6 pallets).
• Start Time: The crew and project manager will arrive between 7-8 AM to begin preparations, including laying tarps and protecting your property.
• Driveway Access: Please move cars to allow room for a dump trailer/dumpster.
• Leftover Materials: Any leftover materials will be neatly stacked, and the project manager will arrange for their pickup.
• Completion: We'll take photos of your new roof. If it's an insurance claim, expect final payments within 2-3 weeks.
• Post-Project Cleanup: The project manager will ensure thorough cleanup, using a magnet and blower, and inspect for any issues or items to address.
