Brian worked with us from survey and insurance claim process, to working with the hard working crew and solidifying a single day completion of a full roof replacement with the IBHS Fortified upgrade. Upon Dan’s initial roof inspection, he noticed several areas of concern and put temporary patches on to help us get through some rain storms approaching. He went above and beyond customer service. The roofers were professional and really did an amazing job with the installation and clean up.
